Your rights when you are towed in Ontario
Ontario has consumer protection rules for towing and storage. We follow them on every call:
- Rates disclosed. You are told the price before the tow.
- Your written consent. We get your consent before we tow or store your vehicle.
- Itemized invoice. Every charge listed, clearly.
- Credit cards accepted. You can always pay by credit card.
- Your choice of destination. You decide where your vehicle goes, unless police direct otherwise.
